What are Swarovski pearls?

Swarovski pearls are high quality imitation pearls created by using a Swarovski crystal at the center, layered with several coats of mother of pearl. This makes them more luminous than other imitation pearls. Swarovski pearls are washable, unsusceptible to damage from perfume or perspiration, and resistant to scratches.

Which pearl color should I choose?

The most common doubt is whether to choose White or Cream pearls. In this case, White is actually off-white. Swarovski pearls are meant to imitate real pearls, which are never pale, colorless white. They do have a tiny little bit of warm, ivory tone. Cream pearls are only a little darker, but have more yellow tones. We always recommend White pearls for white, diamond white and light ivory dresses, and Cream pearls for ivory or champagne dresses.

If you are still unsure, please note that it is better to have a shade of pearls which is slightly lighter than your wedding dress, because pearls which are darker than the dress might stand out. Our color chart is relevant and can be really helpful, but please remember that actual colors might vary slightly from the color on your screen due to monitor settings.

    What is cubic zirconia?

Cubic zirconia is a synthetic stone used as imitation diamond. We use only highest quality stones that are almost impossible to tell from real diamonds.

What bracelet size do I need?

Most of our bracelets fit the standard women’s wrist size, which is between 6 and 7 inches. They are made with extension chains which allow you to adjust the length to your wrist perfectly. However, if your wrist is smaller or bigger, just indicate your exact wrist measurement upon purchase and we will customize the bracelet size for you.

Please note that bracelet length often does not equal wrist circumference. For example, pearl bracelets need to be longer than the actual wrist size due to the size of the pearls.

There are also specific bracelets that are made especially for a particular wrist size that you have to indicate in your purchase. To measure your wrist properly, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the bony part of your wrist, snug but not tight.

How do I care for my jewelry?

    • Always remove your jewelry before going to sleep or engaging in any physical activity.
    • Do not use any synthetic cleaners to clean your jewelry. If necessary, use a small amount of mild soap and warm water, then dry the item immediately.
    • Store your jewelry away from natural sunlight, heat, and moisture. It is particularly recommended for jewelry with sterling silver plated elements to be stored in an airtight container.
    • Jewelry with sterling silver plated parts might oxidize even if stored properly. If some parts turn dark grey or cooper in color, use a soft cloth to polish them gently.
