Delivery Information

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on your country and shipping method. Please visit the Shipping Policy page to get detailed information on processing and delivery times.

My order is said to be delivered, but I haven't received anything.
If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly have them investigate the issue. In the meantime, please check your mailbox, front porch or any safe drop areas, and check with your neighbours. Please remember that we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address. We strongly recommend to select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel, or consider to be safe to leave deliveries unattended.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a refund within 14 days. Made to order items cannot be returned. Other exceptions apply.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic (nickel, lead and cadmium free), but some designs are not. Please refer to product description for information about a specific product.

What are Swarovski pearls?
Swarovski pearls are high quality imitation pearls created by using a Swarovski crystal at the center, layered with several coats of mother of pearl. This makes them more luminous than other simulated pearls. Swarovski pearls are washable, unsusceptible to damage from perfume or perspiration, and resistant to scratches.

What is cubic zirconia?
Cubic zirconia is a synthetic stone used as imitation diamond. We use only highest quality stones that are almost impossible to tell from real diamonds.

Jewelry Care Instructions

How do I care for my jewelry?

Always remove your jewelry before going to sleep or engaging in any physical activity.

Do not use any synthetic cleaners to clean your jewelry. If necessary, use a small amount of mild soap and warm water, then dry the item immediately.

Store your jewelry away from natural sunlight, heat, and moisture. It is particularly recommended for jewelry with sterling silver plated elements to be stored in an airtight container.

Jewelry with sterling silver plated parts might oxidize even if stored properly. If some parts turn dark grey or cooper in color, use a soft cloth to polish them gently.
