RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days.

Exclusions:
• items made to order
• items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• gift cards
• bridesmaid jewelry

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. A shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund if order has received free shipping. If you have applied any discount codes on your order, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund. You will be required to print and fill out a return form and add it to the box. All items must be unworn and returned in original boxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. We don't provide shipping labels, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted, please ensure that DDP (delivery duties paid) option is selected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
